Once submitted CH Designs will review and finalize the order. Only 1 submission per order is necessary. If any questions or problems, CH Designs will reach out via email regarding the order. Production time is estimated at 3-5 Weeks. This does not account for shipping time. CH Designs reserves the right to refuse or refund order if needed. All artwork provided is owned by CH Designs.
Once a custom order starts production all updates will be sent via email: proof of animal cut outs, proof of brands, or any further questions. Once a custom order starts, production time is usually around one week to ensure the highest quality in each piece. Once completed, an email will be sent with a copy of the tracking number along with a final product picture of to the piece.
