Once submitted CH Designs will review and finalize the order. Only 1 submission per order is necessary. If any questions or problems, CH Designs will reach out via email regarding the order. Production time is estimated at 2-3 weeks. This does not account for shipping time. CH Designs reserves the right to refuse or refund order if needed. All artwork provided is owned by CH Designs.
Once a custom order starts production all updates will be sent via email: proof of animal cut outs, proof of brands, or any further questions. Once a custom order starts, production time is usually around one week to ensure the highest quality in each piece. Once completed, an email will be sent with a copy of the tracking number along with a final product picture of to the piece.

PLEASE UPLOAD A CLEAR, STRAIGHT ON IMAGE OF THE HORSE. The blaze cut out will only be as good as the picture showing the blaze. More photos the better!


Sizing- the Mini is 3/4 inch tall and the Medium size is 1 inch tall


Metal- we offer our horse heads in 3 metals: sterling silver, copper and yellow gold filled. Markings will always be overlaid in sterling silver.


Add On Options: to further customize your piece we offer various add on options like stone, flower, back engraving and charms. FLower or Stone option is attached to the horse head ear like show in the pictures. 


Charms: if you would like a special charm made (a lemon for a horse named Lemon, or an angel wing etc) please select a brand charm, upload a clip art image of the item, and state that in the order notes!


 


Once Ordered: Once the order is placed you will receive your order conformation email. Then once your order starts production we will send a proof of the cut out to your email for approvals or changes if needed. After your order is completed, you will receive a final email with your tracking information along with a picture of the final piece!
